St. Martin's- Fundraiser

This was my second event at St. Martin's Parish Hall. The first was a wedding. This past weekend we set up for a fundraiser for a new Nigerian Heritage school here in Regina. The theme was brown and gold. Here is a very good example of how much of a difference chaircovers can make. I apologize for the less than stellar pictures, but I think you will ge the point!

What's new at mint

So it's been a while since my last post..sorry for the neglect! I have been busy meeting with 2010 brides and wow am I excited about these weddings. My first of the year will be in February in Carlyle.. we are going to transform the hall there into a beautiful modern tropical oasis right in the middle of the prairies! May we will be at the Hotel Sask doing a cherry blossom themed event. We have some great manzanita branches we will be using as centerpieces..stay tuned for pictures.. June we have two weddings.. one at the Regina Inn and the other is a big one at the Turvey. I am super stoked to be trying some fresh new ideas for ceiling decor at this one..Then in July we are heading back out to Katepwa for a vintagy/nature inspired celebration. I am super excited about this one as my own wedding was under a big white tent at Katepwa just over a year ago!

As for other events...we are doing a sparkly snowflake inspired candy buffet at a New Year's wedding.

**This week Mint, in partnership with A Touch of Elegance, will be supplying and installing hundreds of chaircovers in support of our local Crimestoppers organization. Speaking of which we are now connected with a great local linen and chaircover company, A Touch of Elegance. Their prices are some of the best in the city and their color and fabric selection is by far the best! Contact me for more info!
